Mike Holmes is the illustrator for the graphic novel series Wings of Fire (Scholastic) and Secret Coders (First Second), and has drawn for Adventure Time and Bravest Warriors. He created the comic strip True Story, the art project Mikenesses and his work can currently be seen in MAD Magazine. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife Meredith and son Oscar, along with Heidi the dog and Ella the cat.
