Chapterhouse Comics, publishers of Captain Canuck and more, will have Tony White, Rossi Gifford and Kalman Andrasofszky visiting with us at The East Coast Comic Expo.
Tony is a Dad of two lovely geek girls, the husband of the most patient woman he knows and a Halifax-based Editor for Canada’s largest comic book publisher, Chapterhouse Comics. During his time with the publisher, he has helmed some of the company’s most popular titles, like Captain Canuck, All New Classic Captain Canuck, Northguard, the Chapterhouse 2016 Summer Special & Die Kitty Die with involvement in new, recently released titles, Freelance and Agents of PACT. His latest editorial endeavours are in the May 2017 Free Comic Book Day issue of Captain Canuck also featuring Die Kitty Die and anthology series, True Patriot Presents.
Currently, Tony has moved into the role of Managing Editor for Chapterhouse Comics with responsibilities including popular titles like Spirit Leaves, the Fourth Planet, the Pitiful Human-Lizard, Life Death and Sorcery, True Patriot Presents as well as Die Kitty Die. In addition to that, he is helping to launch the paperback publishing division of the company with new authors from across Canada. He is always eager to find new projects by talented creators wherever he goes.

Rossi Gifford is the creator of the critically acclaimed fantasy series “Spirit Leaves” from Chapterhouse Comics, as well as being an in-demand illustrator and character designer.
In addition to her comics and freelance assignments, she’s currently under contract as a concept artist for the upcoming Nickelodeon show, “Welcome to the Wayne.”
Recently arriving in Canada from Scotland, where she graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone of Art and Design, Rossi continues to produce artwork for clients overseas as well as in North America.
Kalman Andrasofszky got his start producing massive amounts of art for roleplaying games such as Dungeons & Dragons, Star Wars, and Vampire: The Masquerade among others.
In 2003 Kalman co-created and illustrated the comic book series iCandy for DC, since then he has gone on to freelance extensively for comic book publishers including Marvel, DC, Valiant and BOOM! Studios. He’s produced art and covers for such titles as Spider-man, X-men, Captain America, Fantastic Four, Dazzler, NYX, X-23, Tomb of Dracula, and GI Joe.
Kalman is responsible for designing the new Captain Canuck and his universe with a more modern take. Currently, he is writing the new Captain Canuck comic series, co-writing Agents of PACT with Blake Northcott and co-writing Captain Canuck Year One with Jay Baruchel (which begins in this year’s Free Comic Book Day issue). Recently, Kalman became Editor in Chief for Chapterhouse Publishing and is responsible for the direction of the all new Chapterverse!
