Cary Nord
Daredevil, Conan

Cary Nord is the award-winning artist of comic books and graphic novels such as Daredevil, Conan The Barbarian and  most recently X-O Manowar . Throughout his career Cary has drawn virtually every major character in comics, having worked on Superman, Wolverine, Mutant-X, JLA, Ghost Rider, Spider-Man, Thor, and Star Wars.

He is currently working as a cover artist for DC Comics and Valiant Entertainment.

In 2004, Cary was awarded the industry’s top honour for his work on Conan The Barbarian, taking home the Will Eisner Comic Industry Award for Best Single Issue.

Born in Calgary, Cary spent most of his youth drawing, and after attending the Alberta College of Art and Design he began to submit his work to Marvel and DC Comics. Diligence and hard work paid off, and work on single issues grew into longer fan-favourite stories with beloved characters.

Cary Nord doesn’t have time for hobbies, but lives vicariously through those who do.
